Our Story

Why Next Era exists.

Next Era Heating & Air Conditioning was founded in November 2024 and is based in Rancho Cucamonga. The company was built around a simple frustration with the HVAC industry: vague pricing, upsell-driven visits, and technicians who disappear once the invoice is signed.

We didn't start Next Era to be the biggest HVAC company in Southern California. We started it to be the company we'd want walking into our own homes — honest advice, quality workmanship, no pressure. Just doing what's right.

Next Era runs differently. Every job — from a $350 diagnostic to a $35,000 full commercial replacement — gets a fixed price before any work starts, and the same technician standard applies whether it's a single-family repair or a multi-zone VRF install.
